Job Description
- is responsible for the design, integration, and improvement of the organization’s ERP, MES, and broader business application portfolio
- leads the analysis and design of business processes across functional areas
- works with IT and external vendors to implement solutions that align with the architectural plans
- leads change management initiatives related to ERP, MES, and business applications
- manages team of his direct reports in EMEA and US region
Job Expectations
- extensive experience in the design and implementation of ERP and MES solutions, with a deep understanding of business processes and application architecture
- strong SW architectural and analytical skills, with the ability to design complex integrated systems
- excellent design to develop skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
- flexibility and willingness to travel
- be an effective team player working both within and
- outside the IT organization
- proficient in Czech and English
